Entry Portal

Entries are completed by the participant’s parent/guardian and confirmed by the school coordinator via the Entry Portal. Participant waivers are completed during the registration process. Online participant entries will open on 20 August and close at 1pm on 25 August.

The Entry Portal will close for school coordinators at 11.59pm on 26 August. By this time, all teams and team managers must be allocated. This is to ensure team managers receive access to discounted-rate lift tickets (if required).

No late entries or changes to teams or team manager names will be allowed after the portal closes.

Entry Fees

Entry fees are $66 per discipline, per competitor and are paid at the time of registration via the Interschools entry portal.

Payment must be made by credit card via the online entry system at the time parents/carers finalise event entries. A 2% transaction fee is incorporated into the event entry fee, and a $1.60 booking fee will be applied at checkout. These fees are not retained by Snow Australia.

Please note that the entry fees do not include your competitor lift ticket. Refunds are not granted under any circumstance once the entries have closed.
