ENTRY PORTAL - DECLARATION AND AGREEMENTS

 

Parent/Carer Declaration and Agreement

The Parent/carer will be required to acknowledge the code of conduct when registering for a Snow ID, and when registering the children for their events.

School Coordinator Declaration and Agreement

Following the close of each event, all School Coordinators will receive an email requesting completion of the School Coordinator Declaration and Agreement. This online tick-box form replaces the previous requirement for a Principal or Coordinator signature on the School Tax Invoice.

As part of the declaration, coordinators are required to confirm that Interschools participation is recognised by their school as an off-site activity and indicate whether the school acknowledges and supports participation in the event.

Coordinators must also complete an event waiver outlining the event Code of Conduct and confirming their roles and responsibilities, including verification that all registered competitors are representing their school.

Interschools will monitor submissions to ensure all School Coordinators have completed the Declaration and Agreement.

Response to the guidelines and advice provided by the NSW Department of Education.
