Volunteer Course Officials that appear on the event volunteer roster, will receive a free-of-charge day pass on the allocated event day to be collected at the Interschools event office in the Perisher Skitube Terminal. If you are travelling through Bullocks Flat, Perisher staff will allow you on the train to Perisher. 

Lift ticket collection and volunteer check-in can only be done on the day you are volunteering, not the day before, as per the Event Office Opening Times.

If you can no longer attend your volunteer duty, please contact your school coordinator to make a change to replace you.

We still require volunteers for some events. If you can fill a position with an astrix (*) please, please email interschools@snow.org.au.

Event Office Times and Competition Bib Collection

The Interschools event office is located in the Perisher Skitube Terminal. Look out for the event flags and signage.

The event office will be open each event morning, 7.30 am - 11.00 am for bib collection, volunteer check-in, and general enquires.

Bib Collection

Competition bibs are distributed as a whole to the school coordinator or their representative. We cannot distribute individual bibs.

There is an additional bib collection on Monday July 20, 3.00pm to 4.30pm.
