New Online Entry System for 2026

Snow Australia is excited to announce that the Interschools Snowsport Championships will transition to a new online entry system from 2026. This marks the first major rebuild since 2012 and is designed to make the process simpler and more efficient for parents, carers, and school coordinators.

The new online entry system that is being developed in partnership with revolutioniseSPORT will allow parents to sign up for their Snow ID and complete their child’s Interschools entries online. School coordinators will have access to log in, view entries, and allocate students into teams, streamlining the overall administration process.

“The new system is all about making life easier for everyone involved,” said Rebecca Clark, Snow Australia Community Engagement Manager. “Parents or carers can manage their own entries and payments, while school coordinators can focus on team organisation rather than paperwork. It’s a big step forward in improving the experience for our Interschools community.”

Under the new system, parents or carers will be responsible for submitting entries, event payments, and completing relevant event waivers. The platform will also include codes of conduct for parents, carers, competitors, and school coordinators, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and expectations when attending the events.

David Speirs, Victorian Interschools Event Manager, added: “We are very much looking forward to the efficiencies and improved user experience that this new generation system will deliver to our Interschools community”.

To allow families more time to complete their entries, Interschools entries will open earlier in 2026. Webinars and information packs will be provided for parents and carers, and school coordinators, to help everyone become familiar with the system and its features.

More information about the 2026 online entry process will be released in Term 1, 2026.
