Vic Coordinators can now set up access in the new Entry portal

Published Mon 16 Mar 2026

If you are a School Coordinator this year, you can now set up your access to the new revSPORT Interschools online entry portal.

Registering for Interschools events is a shared responsibility between families and schools. Parents or carers submit their child’s entry, and School Coordinators then review and approve the entries and form teams.

Each participating school must nominate a School Coordinator. The School Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Confirming student entries
  • Creating teams
  • Assigning team managers
  • Providing volunteers

School Coordinators may be a teacher, school staff member, or parent. Even schools with only one competing student must appoint a School Coordinator.

As part of the transition to the new portal, the first step is for current School Coordinators to register and login into the revSPORT Interschools online entry portal, which is now available.

The revSPORT Interschools online entry portal requires all users, including school coordinators, parents, and students, to have a Snow Australia SnowID for 2026.

School Coordinator entry portal access – required steps

All schools participating in Interschools must be registered in the revSPORT Interschools online entry portal. Schools that competed in the 2025 Interschools Championships are already active in the entry portal.

Please check the school list to see if your school competed in 2025 to determine your next steps.

2025 VICTORIAN SCHOOLS

If you are a 2026 School Coordinator for a school already registered

You will need to renew or register a SnowID for 2026:

DO NOT CLICK BELOW LINKS IF YOU ARE A PARENT OF A COMPETITOR AND NOT A SCHOOL COORDINATOR. Competitor and parent registrations will be open in late April/May

School Coordinators will be prompted to select a school when registering for their 2026 SnowID.

Interschools will review and approve the School Coordinator’s SnowID profile and link it to the school’s registration, enabling them to manage school entries. Allow 48 hours to be granted access to manage entries in the revSPORT Entry Portal.

If you are a School Coordinator for more than one school, you only need a single email and SnowID to access all your schools. To access your schools, please register for a SnowID for one school, then either email Interschools to have your other school(s) linked during the approval process, or list all your schools in the “Are you the school coordinator for multiple schools? Please list the schools.” question in the Additional Information section when registering.

When can parents enter their children into interschools?

From early June, parents will be able renew or register for a 2026 SnowID for themselves and their children to be able to enter Interschools events.

In the meantime, we suggest you do the following:

  • Let your school know that you are interested in participating in Interschools this year.
  • Find out if other families from the school are interested in competing.
  • Confirm who the school coordinator for your school, noting school coordinators can be either parents or school staff.
  • Sign up for enews to receive notifications for when entries open and how to complete entries.
