School Coordinator Entry Portal Access

 

All schools participating in the Interschools Championships must be registered in the revSPORT Interschools Online Entry Portal.

Schools that competed in the 2025 Interschools Championships are already active in the entry portal. Before getting started, please check the 2025 school list to confirm whether your school competed last year. If your school did not compete in the 2025 Interschools Championships, it will need to be registered before you can access the entry portal.

Please email Interschools with:

  • School name
  • State
  • Name of the 2026 School Coordinator

Once your school is registered follow the steps below.

 

To access the portal as the School Coordinator, you must:

Step 1: Register or Renew Your 2026 SnowID

  • Register for, or renew, your 2026 SnowID
  • During registration, you will be prompted to select your school
  • Select the coordinator type that applies to you (teacher or parent)

Step 2: Approval & Access

  • Interschools will review and approve your SnowID profile
  • Once approved, your SnowID will be linked to the school’s registration
  • This will give you access to manage school entries in the revSPORT Entry Portal
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for access to be granted

 

Step 3: Set Up Your Login Details

After completing the registration, you will receive a membership details email.

  1. Note the username provided in that email
  2. Click Set your password and create your login

Once you have set up your SnowID you can use your login for both:

INTERSCHOOL ENTRY PORTAL

To manage your school's entries, allocate teams and team managers, view entry reports

 To complete your childrens entries, register as a team manager and/or volunteer course official

 

Coordinators Managing More Than One School

If you are the School Coordinator for multiple schools, you only need one profile (SnowID). When you are prompted to enter a school, enter one school and then email Interschools to add your additional school. 

 

Homeschool & Equivalent Schooling Programs

If your school is a homeschool or equivalent education program, you must upload validated evidence from the relevant State Department of Education when registering the school.

 

PARENT COORDINATORS WITH COMPETITORS PARTICIPATING IN INTERSCHOOLS

Parents who are School Coordinators and have children competiting in Interschools can also renew or register their children at the same time.
