School Coordinator – Entry Responsibilities

Under the new Interschools entry portal, parents or carers are responsible for:

  • Submitting student entries
  • Making event payments
  • Completing required event waivers

However, each participating school must nominate one School Coordinator to support and manage the overall entry process.

 

Role of the School Coordinator

The School Coordinator have access to the entry portal to oversee school entries, make any changes to entries, and allocate teams and team managers  before entries close.

This role can be undertaken by:

  • A teacher at the school, or
  • A nominated parent representative

When entries are available

When you receive the official entry link, please share with your school community. Remind families of entry deadlines, including entry close dates.

SCHOOL COORDINATOR VIDEO: HOW TO NAVIGATE THE ENTRY PORTAL

When entries are submitted Log in to the entry portal to:

  • Review all entries for accuracy
  • Make any required corrections
  • Create teams and assign team managers
  • Finalise teams before school entries close

Additional responsibilities

  • Coordinate or support volunteer registrations, where required.
  • Complete the Interschools Declaration on behalf of the school.
