ENTRY PORTAL INFORMATION

The Interschools Snowsport Championships has moved to a new Interschools Entry Portal in 2026.

Under the new entry portal:

Parents or carers are responsible for submitting entries, making event payments and completing required waivers.
Each participating school must nominate a School Coordinator, who can log in to view entries and allocate students into teams, helping streamline the administration process.

How to Complete Interschools Entries

There are two steps to completing school entries:

Step 1: Snow ID Registration
Parents/carers and competitors register or renew their 2026 Snow ID.

If you have already registered for your Snow ID on the Interschools website for the 2026 season, please disregard this step.

Step 2: Participant & Team Manager Registrations
Participant and Team Manager are required to register for the Falls Creek Schools Carnival (includes Southwest NSW Championships).

To register, please have your Snow ID and password ready.

Participant & Team Manager Registrations Close - Wednesday 20 July
Start Lists will be activated the week of the 25 May. Once your school coordinator has assigned your child to a team, their name will appear on the event start lists.

2026 Volunteer Information

The event management team is seeking volunteer course officials to support the delivery of a safe and well-run experience for all participants.

Available roles include start marshals, gate judges, and finish marshals. Volunteers are generally required for approximately two hours on their allocated course.

On the day, each official will receive a briefing folder and a complimentary lift pass (if they do not already hold a season pass). Volunteers must check in at the event office in sufficient time to complete a course inspection.

All volunteers are required to complete a waiver prior to participation.
