Interschools Snow ID Family Linking

Family linking of parent and children SnowID makes it easier for parents and carers to manage their children’s Interschools registrations in one place.

Family linking only needs to be completed once, after parents and competitors have an active 2026 SnowID.

Family linking is designed to save time and make the registration process smoother for families when Interschools event entries open.

Follow the steps to complete Family Linking.

Set Up Your Login Details

After completing registration, you will receive a membership details email for each Snow ID.

1. Find the email addressed to the parent/carer. Look for the one that starts with “Dear [parent name]”
2. Note the username provided in that email
3. Click Set your password and create your login

Once complete:

• Log in using your username and new password
• Click Account in the top‑right corner

Link Your Children to Your Family Account

1. While logged in, click Account (top‑right corner)
2. Select Family from the menu on the left
3. Under Invite family members, enter your own email address
   (the same email you used for your children’s Snow IDs)
4. An invitation will be sent to your email

Accept the Family Linking Invitations

1. Check your inbox for the email titled:
   “You’re invited to join the family of [parent name]”
2. Click Accept invitation for each child listed
3. Repeat until all children are linked

You will then receive an email, please click on the name of each person (if more than one shares the email address) and complete the steps to link the account.
