Inspection Information
Not available due to course conditions to ensure the course remains intact for competition. Course can be viewed from the start area.
Skitube
We recommend the 7:48am Skitube from Perisher to Blue Cow skitube. Please visit the Perisher App for Skitube times.
Course Information
Course location: Blue Cow - off the upstairs deck.
Course length:
Division 1, 2, 3 race distance is 1000m
Division 4, 5 race distance is 500m
Course Access: To access the course, please go upstairs when exiting the Skitube and leave the Blue Cow Terminal via the outside deck. From there, follow the signs towards the Pony Ride Run.
Transponders: Transponders will be given out in the start area and collected in the finish area. Transponders which are not returned will incur a fee of $100.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the expected weather no tents will be permitted.
Bib Collection
Competition bibs must be collected by School Coordinators or their nominated representative from 8.00am at the Blue Cow Bistro (XC bibs only).
Course Official Check In
Course Officials are required to check in from 8.00am at the Blue Cow Bistro.
Cross Country Classic Rules
Educational video resources have been put together on the correct Cross Country Classic Technique.
Classical techniques include double-poling techniques, herringbone techniques (with no glide), downhill techniques, and turning techniques. Each technique is explained with examples of what is allowed, and what not is allowed. Classic technique control will be undertaken.

Additional Rule Reminders
Rule 15.22 - Waxing of any type is prohibited in the start area or course arena. The use of Fluoro wax and Fluorocarbon liquid sprays are prohibited at all times. The Interschools Committee advises that equipment may be subject to inspection.
