SUBARU State Cross Country Interschools Championships
XC Event Schedule - Wednesday August 19
Course Information
The course will be located opposite Valhalla Ski Lodge.
To access the course, walk past The Stables. The start and finish area will be located at the top of Candle Heath Road.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the change in location, no tents will be permitted. Access is by foot only - there is no vehicle access.

Bib Collection
Competition bibs need to be collected by school coordinators, or their representative.
Bib collection times are:
Interschools event office in the Perisher Skitube Terminal.
- Monday - Tuesday 7.00 am to 11.30 am
Cross Country Trails (XC bibs only)
- Wednesday August 19 - From 8.00am
Course Official Check In
Course officials will need to check in at the course in the morning of the Cross Country Champs at the course from 8.00am.
Cross Country Classic Rules
Educational video resources have been put together on the correct Cross Country Classic Technique.
Classical techniques include double-poling techniques, herringbone techniques (with no glide), downhill techniques, and turning techniques. Each technique is explained with examples of what is allowed, and what not is allowed.
