EVENT INFORMATION

How to Enter

The Interschools Snowsport Championships is transitioning to a new online entry system in 2026.

Under the new entry system, parents or carers will be responsible for submitting entries, event payments, and completing relevant event waivers.

Every school participating will need to assign a School Coordinator, who will have access to log in, view and verify entries, streamlining the overall administration process.

Participant Wavier

The participant waivers are a requirement of entry into the Interschools Championships. It is a requirement that all participants have completed a waiver prior to course inspection. The waiver is a legal document, and if required will be used in a Court of Law.

A Parent/Guardian or the Competitor (if over 18 years of age when completing the waiver) MUST complete the online waiver as part of the event entry process.

Volunteers Required

The event management team is seeking volunteer course officials to support the delivery of a safe and well-run experience for all participants.

Available roles include start marshals, gate judges, and finish marshals. Volunteers are generally required for approximately two hours on their allocated course.

On the day, each official will receive a briefing folder and a complimentary lift pass (if they do not already hold a season pass). Volunteers must check in at the event office in sufficient time to complete a course inspection.

All volunteers are required to complete a waiver prior to participation.
